  • Major Cities: 3–5 working days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4–7 working days

Delivery times may vary due to courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges may vary depending on location and order size.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or special campaigns.

  • Exact shipping cost (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout or shared during order confirmation.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

  • Customers are requested to ensure availability at the delivery address.

  • Failure to receive confirmed COD orders may result in restrictions on future orders.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp or SMS (if available).

6. Incorrect Address

  • Failed deliveries due to unavailable recipients

  • Additional shipping charges for re-delivery

Currently, we deliver within Pakistan only.
